Errors like this are logged. Check the error log on your server. If you can’t find the log, please contact your host.

You can also try this: Please attempt to disable all plugins, and use one of the default (Twenty*) themes. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of your troubles.
If you cannot access wp-admin, there are other ways to deactivate plugins.
Ok thank you very much so far! Here is what I have done:
I failed horribly trying to get the debugging console set up. Very confused.
But somehow through my host, I managed to clear out all my plugins and themes through myphpAdmin.
Now my website looks like and abomination of a html site but I get further than before. While I have gotten a blank page when I tried to login, I now get the html mask to enter my login data. when I do so, the site just reloads itself but I am not logged in. Any further advice?

It looks like your theme has been caching stuff. See if there are any relevant theme options.
The only coding I have ever done was the basics of html and Css in highschool. This looks like a load of hyropglyphs to me. Can you tell me what to do more precisely?
1. Change your theme to twentyseventeen.
2. See if things are better. (Ignore the fact that your site no longer looks like it did.)
3. If so, with all plugins disabled, re-enable your catch-base theme. If it looks better, go on to start enabling plugins. If not, I recommend asking at https://wordpress.org/support/theme/catch-base#new-post so the plugin’s / theme’s developers and support community can help you with the theme-related stuff.
How do I change the theme? I am not able to access my dashboard or any site where I can do the settings.
Changed the theme, still can’t login. if I just google for my page, the new theme is applied but that doesn’t count for the login mask.

There is still a lot of mixed content on your site that’s cause issues. For right now, change your site from https to http via settings->general.

In the dashboard (or you could set the two URL options directly in the wp_options table via phpmyadmin).
Under what option name are they on phpmyadmin? Since I can’t access the dashboard, that is the only option.
