   end view.

 * First, I apologize for the delay, for some reason I was never notified of this
   support request.
 * Try enabling it via your user profile options. If it still does not show I would
   suggest troubleshooting and trying to find out if your theme or another plugin
   is removing it.
 * Let me know what you end up finding.
