    After trying out the free version -which worked fine on my site and seemed very promising- I decided to buy the ‘personal package’. Unfortunately the paid version of this plugin doesn’t work at all. As soon as I insert the shortcode in my website I get a black page.
    I asked the customer support several times for help or a refund if they can’t solve the problem, but never got any kind of respond.

    So, if you’re looking for a place to dump your money- go with this plugin.

    I’m sorry to learn that the transition to the pro version caused issues with your website.

    We’re not allowed to offer support for the paid version on this section. However, please update your ticket number on our ticketing system because we’re not seeing any pending ticket.

    Sometimes, our replies is blacklisted by some hosting providers.

    Once again, we apologizes for any inconvenience this may have caused to you.

    You can rest assured, if the pro version doesn’t work with your current site, the refund won’t be a problem.
