No customer service for bugs

    Since last update (3 months ago) i am writing Elementor to tell them that Widgets disapperead from Appeareance.
    I pay yearly to be a PRO member + i pay 3rd party elements to use it, and it’s not so cheap. At least i pretend a customer service.
    Of course i deactivated all the plugins and switched to a classic theme and Widgets are in Appearance Section as supposed.
    Then i switch on Hello Elementor Theme and widgets disappear from Appeareance. (even with all plugins OFF and no custom-css attached) so isn’t or not BUGGED your THEME???
    I tryed even downgrading wordpress to 5.8.4 but nothing worked and i can’t use widgets!
    Please somebody reply?
