No customer order confirmation if order <= credit available

    Using WC 3.2.6, Gift Cards 2.5.11

    Re: purchase of non-gift voucher items from online store.

    If total value of customer order > credit available then customer gets an email order confirmation.

    If total value of customer order <= credit available then customer DOES NOT get an email order confirmation.
