No Custom Post Type support in starter (free) version

    I can understand that the developers need to earn to continue developing good plugins. And I understand that you must pay more for extra features like styling, etc. But not supporting a common functionality like Custom Post Types in the starter (free) version is a show stopper for me. I understand it exists in the paid version but on the developer’s website this distinction was missing in the Free & Pro Version Comparison chart (developer said it will be corrected). I generally test with the starter (free versions) and often but the paid ones. But at least I should be able to test in my environment the minimum usable functionality…

    Hello,

    I apologize for any confusion. Custom Post Type (CPT) support is an advanced feature and is exclusively available in our Pro version.

    We do our best to be transparent about this and have listed it in the “Advanced Features” section of our landing page (see screenshot: https://prnt.sc/9eYFk6AQ8tpm). ok I will add in comparison table.

    We would really appreciate it if you could update your review to reflect that this feature does exist in the full product.

    Thank you for your reply. Actually in my review I made it pretty clear that the starter (free) version does not support the Custom Post Types. I appreciate that you shall be modifying the comparison table. As for my review, it was unfair that I gave one star just because I can not test the CPT. I have given up with your plugin, when I could not test the CPT. I have not tested much but it is better to give you the benefit of doubt and just “cut” one star rather than rating it one star… after all you guys have put a lot of effort and made it available for the community.
