 * You don’t need any plan to use this functionality.
 * The button should be on the top of your Subscribers page and if it’s not there,
   it could be hidden by a banner. Can you please dismiss the EmbedPress banner 
   to see if it helps?
 * You can also try adding this part to your site’s URL: wp-admin/admin.php?page
   =mailpoet-import#

    Thanks for the clarification, the link works.
 * The button NOT after dismissing all the banners
    And leaving almost no plug in
   Tried WP 6 and 6.1 , edge / chrome
 * Possible issue for developer
