No CSS with SSL

Hi,

i trying to setup a blog at blog.trendelkamp.net. As you might see it´s just plain text with no css.
Just two word about my setup. In front of Blog runs a Netscaler which does a rewrite so all http request will send to https. For all other site i´am running this works fine.

if i edit in google chrome using inspect element those links to the css files from http:// to https:// it works!
So how do i permanently change the url from http to https? I already changed the WordPress and Site URL to https with no effect.
