No cross on out of stock items

    When I first installed and configured the plugin, the cross was showing on out of stock items. I don’t know what has changed, maybe the latest update or maybe a conflict, but they are not showing anymore. See any of the option that are out of stock on that page, for example Grey + Small, it correctly says Out of Stock but no cross. In the backend of course I selected “blur with cross” in the plugin settings.

    Hello sir,

    Please follow the procedure as below

    WooCommerce > Settings > Product Swatches > advanced > Ajax variation threshold (Make sure this is in save rage)
WooCommerce > Settings > Product Swatches > advanced > Out of stock for variation (make sure it is on save, Note: Will does not work if you set Ajax variation threshold to 1.)

WooCommerce > Settings > Product Swatches > Tools > clear All cache (if not work the follow below)
WooCommerce > Settings > Product Swatches > Tools > Uncheck Use Cache

    Hi,

    This isn’t working for me. I had already looked at the screen you are talking about:

    – On Ajax variation threshold I have the value of 30, which is default.

    – Out of stock for variation is unchecked

    – Attribute behavior is Blur with cross

    – Under Tools I clicked on Clear all cache. Use cache is unchecked.

    Reloaded front-end, still no crosses.

    How many variations you have max?

    Please increase the Ajax variation threshold I have the value to 50 or 100 to test.

    Thanks, that solved it. I didn’t realise the client had created 48 variations!

    Actually, maybe I spoke too soon? Some out of stock products have the cross and others don’t… It doesn’t seem to work consistently: for example if I select blue, all out of stock sizes have a cross. If I select Grey, some out of stock sizes like S and L don’t have a cross, as they should. Any other settings I should change? Thanks

    Ok, I figured it out: I had to set the threshold to 100 AND tick “Disable out of stock for variation product attribute item”. Now all the correct crosses are showing!
