Support » Plugin: AfterShip - WooCommerce Tracking » No Courier Updates

  • I have placed two support calls through the Aftership website. Each time I get one reply asking if the tracking updates are working and I reply saying no.

    I then get an email saying I haven’t replied to an update from Poonam and the case is closed.

    I am a paying customer.

    I am extremely disappointed in Aftership.
