I’m not seeing any “Converted” carts. When a customer completes the order, the last activity is “[Product Name] removed. The status remains active or abandoned. * Suggestion – it would be nice to have a sidebar on the right that links to the same customers recent orders. Live Carts detects conversions through WooCommerce’s core order/cart hooks (woocommerce_order_status_changed, woocommerce_cart_loaded_from_session), so a classic PHP/shortcode template on its own shouldn’t stop conversions from being recorded.Because we can’t reproduce it here, it’s most likely tied to your checkout/payment flow (e.g. the order not passing through the “pending” status, or the cart being cleared before the status change) or a plugin conflict. The quickest way to pinpoint it is our built-in debug log: 1. Go to Live Carts → Status, enable Debug logging and set the level to All.2. Place one test order end-to-end so it reaches a paid status. 3.
