no content in map markers

Hi Folks –

I’m having 2 issues –

I’m using this plugin on this site – http://jeanneland.com/resources/ (with shortcode) and this URL (http://jeanneland.com/locations/) for the post type archive.

1. Map Markers
As you can see on those links, the map markers have no content in the little bubble.
Any ideas what’s happening here?

Second isssue (I can create a separate ticket for this if needed) –

2. Categories
I’m not seeing any way to access the category of items on a single page (example locations/category/plumbing). Is there a way
