The form on your website created using our plugin is working. Since you have enabled “Double Opt-in”, the user will get an email from “MailChimp.com” with a link that one needs to click to verify. After this step, the email address will be added to your Mailchimp List/Audience.
I tested using my own email “me@harish…com” which should be on your list.

J’ai bien une liste et donc le formulaire marche bien, mais il n’envoie pas les contacts à mon compte MailChimp.

Updating existing users is only relevant if the user is already subscribed.
To be able to help you further we really need answers to the following questions:

– What do you see in the log after testing the form?
– Do you receive the double opt-in email from Mailchimp?

ok, once you’ve tested it you can let us know what is showing up in the log and if you receive the double opt-in email and then we can look into it further.

Bonjour, pouvez vous tester de votre coté. Une amie s’est inscrite, mais apparemment il ne se passe rien. Pas de nouvelle de mon coté et elle n’a pas reçu le mail de confirmation. Donc rien non plus dans le journal.

Bonjour,
mon amie s’est bien inscrite et fait bien partie de la liste sur MailChimp mais pas sur mon WordPress et forcément je ne reçois pas le message. Pour ce qui est du journal, il n’y a pas d’erreur.
Au moins les inscrits recevrons les newsletter, c’est le plus important.

Where in WordPress did you expect the submission to show? Are you using our Premium add-on with reports and email notification?
What exactly showed up in the log in MC4WP > Other after testing the form?

Non dans les comptes : wp-admin/users.php il m’en manque, mais ce n’est pas grave pour moi, cela peut vous être utile de le savoir. Dans le journal “rien” et dans “Suivi d’utilisation” j’ai coché “oui”
