No connection with Trackingmore

    Hello,

    I use orders tracking for Woocommerce plugin from Villa Theme to connect to Trackingmore services API.

    But suddenly I noticed that the actions I take on my website are not reflected on my Trackingmore dashboard.

    For example, when I update an order with a tracking number or search for a tracking code on my “Track your order – Page” on my website, I see no trackings reflected inside my trackingmore dashboard.

    Please help me with this, it is a core functionality that needs to be fixed as soon as possible.

    Hi Jacob,
    Please check if your monthly quota has reached.
    I go to the page but our plugin is not active.
