# No connect

 * keep sayng this error:
 * InstagramAPI\Response\LoginResponse: Sorry, there was a problem with your request.
 * My server is in USA and i am in Italy.
    I tryed to use some italian proxy from
   here [http://spys.one/free-proxy-list/IT/](http://spys.one/free-proxy-list/IT/)
   but i get this error:
 *  Network: CURL error 7: Failed to connect to 212.237.32.242 port 3128: Connection
   refused (see [http://curl.haxx.se/libcurl/c/libcurl-errors.html](http://curl.haxx.se/libcurl/c/libcurl-errors.html)).
 * i used this string in Proxy field on the plugin: [https://212.237.32.242:3128](https://212.237.32.242:3128)
 * is it ok? i disconnected to istagramm, if i wait like 12 hours whitout connect
   from italy to istagramm it will work whitout proxy?

 * The message ‘Sorry, there was a problem with your request.’ maybe temporary. 
   You can try after a day or more.
 * And about proxy, your format is correct but your proxy is not working. ‘Connection
   refused’ means something wrong or not working proxy service.
 * Yes you should try after a safe time without proxy but don’t try continuously.
   Once let Instagram recognize your new location (web server) without letting it
   to be marked as spam.
 * And if you have any reliable proxy for your city/country, you can use it any 
   time.
