    Love this plugin! However, neither the user nor me (admin) receive a notification that an appointment has been requested. I was under the impression that both user and admin would receive an email. Nothing broken, everything loads fine after submitting – it’s just that no one is receiving notification. Any help appreciated. Thanks!
