    Hello,

I couldn’t figure out how the backend doesn’t have this error, do you mean when you are logged into the product page or the product admin page where you upload the video ?

I recommend you to check these things:

File format and codec : Make sure the video files are in supported formats and codecs. MP4 with H.264 encoding.

Server Configuration : Check that the server where the video files are located is configured to serve them correctly with the appropriate MIME types. Incorrect server configuration can cause compatibility issues.

Content Delivery Network (CDN): If you’re using a CDN to host your video files, ensure that the CDN supports the necessary video formats and codecs.

Test with other video. You can download the video here and test with it https://file-examples.com/index.php/sample-video-files/sample-mp4-files/
If you’re still having this issue with it, it’s possible that a plugin or custom code is conflicting.

Are you using a caching plugin ? If you are use disable it to test if there will be a change. If possible send me in the browser root if there are any errors if possible information when you are logged in and when you are not

As far as I can see, something is replacing the “src” attribute with “data-kpvideosrc” in the element, which is most likely causing the error. I guess it’s some plugin. You can test by turning off all plugins and leaving only Woocommerce and Video Gallery for Woocomerce, it should not have this error, then start activating the plugins one by one to find out which one is causing the problem. If the error is there again, if you have checked all the other things I wrote you, the problem is most likely in your theme.

I’m glad I was able to help you find the problem. If you don’t mind if you could leave a rating for the plugin, that would help me a lot Thanks!
