no company contact info on a WordPress site

Hello Forum Members,

I have found a site hosted on WordPress that is violating the TM of our brand (www.patio001.wordpress.com)

There is no company contact info available on their site!

They are not listed in whois.com because the site is actually a WordPress blog, so I can’t find out how to contact them that way either.

I have posted a comment on their page asking them to cease using our mark, but my post is awaiting moderation.

Their whole site appears to be a scam – ripping off other people’s products and content, but to what end? They don’t even appear to sell anything.

Does anybody know if there a way to find out the address of Patio 001 so we can contact them via a letter from our lawyer?

Can I somehow get Patio 001’s address by petitioning WordPress with my request?
