No communication

I have noticed that is seems to have been about 3-4 months prior to this post in May 2015 since the plugin author has replied to any questions on the forum. A very large number of posts appear to be unresolved. Not really the kind of author interaction that I trust in a plugin. I think I will find one that has better communication from the author.

I am assuming that this is probably due to a “Pro” version. I am the type of person who buys pro versions for my company, BUT only after I see that customer service is not sub par.
