 * In the Indexing table ->Comments, I set comments from the drop-down menu + Save.
   
   I ran a test search, but it doesn’t highlight the comment’s article title or 
   content.

 * That setting has nothing to do with highlights. Highlights are controlled from
   the Excerpts and Highlights settings, where you can set Relevanssi to highlight
   comment content.
