 * I’m using WP 1.5.2 and I’m making my pages using wordpress to script them and
   I’ve checked allow comments and pings when I write it and there’s no option at
   the bottom of the page, why?

 * Probably because your theme has a ‘page.php’
    Either delete page.php or copy 
   the comment code from index.php into it.
 * If this does not work, explain in a lot of detail what you did.
