The problem is COD is a payment method with a fee, in our case we charge our customers for the COD option with the amount of 1.6€. The fee must be calculated within the total amount! Customer must be charged and be aware of total amount from the product plus the shipping rates and plus payment method fees! and also COD must be calculated and present in order emails as well! which in some cases it does! COD’s concern I didn’t notice any pattern to this BUT, I’ve noticed a problem with Chrome 74.0.3729.131 when BACS is selected, Place Order button will NOT disengage when page is loading so if a customer press repeatedly the Place Order button we end up with dublicate orders so I don’t know if this is related in some way! Using this particulare version of Chrome! In some orders COD is not showing and not calculated!
