 * Hello,
    Just downloaded the script and uploaded in CGi bin on root directory.
   I don’t know PHP. I’m using Front Page to create websites – HTML Is this proper
   way to display in browser – install domainname.com/install.php Because of no
   clue about this script should I look for HTML blog(I couldn’t find anything that
   good) or once this one is installed I can make edits through easy panel? Thanks
   Mike

 * Just take a look at the screenshots to find out what the userinterface looks
   like.
    Yes, for most users WP is very simple to install and use. And with a few
   modifications it can be made to look entirely different. But still there has
   to be sóme brainactivity to alter things. I don’t know of any blogsystem that
   does everything for you from within a click-and-see-what-happens interface 🙂

 * You don’t need to know php – honest.
    The cgi-bin is the wrong place – it won’t
   work. Remove it from there, and place all the wp files and folders where you
   want your weblog to be [http://www.example.com/blog](http://www.example.com/blog)
   for example. Wherever you upload it, you then need to go to wp-admin/install.
   php In the above it would be [http://www.example.com/blog/wp-admin/install.php](http://www.example.com/blog/wp-admin/install.php)
   If you loaded everything to the site root, it would be [http://www.example.com/wp-admin/install.php](http://www.example.com/wp-admin/install.php)
