# No CLOSE button

 * When the browser window is smaller than the popup box height (example: 640×480
   monitor, but popup box total height is 550):
 * Popup box appears with scroll bars, but there is NO CLOSE Button. There is no
   way to close the popup.
 * If I make the popup box shorter, like total height 300, the CLOSE Button appears
   fine.
