No clear instructions – devs won't respond

Have downloaded this plugin and have completed a 360 view successfully on the market.co website – after downloading I have tried to upload .zip to the plugin, however this doesn’t work. Without clear instruction as to how to upload and implement an intended target file I cannot continue and the plugin is rendered useless to me. The preview of the 360 view on market.co looks good I just can’t implement it
