Hi Gabrielle,
Sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue with the tickets checkout.
When I go through the checkout process on the page you need help with, I get a message saying that there are no tickets available.
Just to cover our base here, please make sure that Stripe is both connected and enabled in the Tickets settings.
Considering what I am seeing and what you are reporting, I would say that we might have a caching conflict on our hands here. Can you let me know what caching, if any, you have?
Of course, we could be dealing with something else, but I think we should take the following steps first:
Best! John
Hi John,
Thank you for your reply, I was offline for a few days, back to work now ;-). I configured the WP-Optimize plugin according to the link you sent me, excluded all plugin folders as specified plus the /tickets-checkout/. Oh and of course made some tickets available again. Unfortunately the result was the same. When logged in, I can buy tickets but logged out I can’t.
The first link, the conflict test, scares me. Especially changing the theme. Could I skip this step and just disable and enable the plugins? This, I would be (more) comfortable doing by myself…
Thank you for your help!
Cheers, Gabrielle
Only now I notice that there are some more things going on… I cannot switch to month or day view in the calendar, and next page in the list view does not work either… something is not right, but maybe these are ‘known’ conflicts that can point us in the right direction (solve one, solve all)?? I hope so 🙂
Sorry for the extra messages. All views do work when logged in. I’m using Profiel Builder & Members plugins, might one of these be the culprit here?
Ooooohhh, found it!! Maybe if someone else ever experiences this issue: In Members plugin settings, make sure to UNcheck the box at REST API – Verification needed to access REST API.
Thanks John and the lovely people from The Events Calendar! Resolved!
