    Hi,

Your description of the problem is a bit vague. We need a little bit more information about your setup. Can you provide a brief explanation of your field group (names, types etc.) and the formulas in the calculated fileds?

Are you seeing this problem in the backend or in some frontend use case? Do you see the problem while editing a set of fields, or is it after you have saved the post are it has been reloaded?

    Hi,
I didn’t try in frontend but in the backend. Calculation is ok while editing but not when the post is saved and reloaded.

    Hi,

OK. If I understand correctly. You have a few fields defined in a group. One of the fields is a calculated field.

While you are editing the post in wp-admin, you see the calculated field being updated as you make modifications to other fields in the group.

But when you save/update the post in wp-admin and the edit page is reloaded. The calculated fields are reverted back to some other value.

    Is this correct?

In order to help you solve your problem. I’m going to have to ask you to be a little bit more specific. Can you provide:

    1. A description of the fields in the ACF group. Names and types will go a long way.

    2. Tell me a little bit about the calculated field itself. Name, formula, type.

    3. When you edit in the backend. What values do you type in to the other fields and what value do you see the calculated field get updated to.

    4. After saving and reloading. What does the calculated field show?

    5. Versions of WordPress, Advanced Custom Fields and this plugin?

    Thanks in advance,

    Hi @gmonbel,

We haven’t heard back from you in about two weeks. We’re going to assume you either solved your issue or for any other reason don’t want to pursue this issue. Feel free to get back to us if you still need help.
