No chance to enter OTP

    When I enter my username and password I see the section to enter the OTP for a second and then it goes back to the login screen and says the code was wrong. I thought it might be the browser entering the saved credentials so I tried in a browser that doesn’t have anything saved and it still does the same thing. Error message is:

    Error: The one-time password (TFA code) you entered was incorrect.

    Hi,

    Does the same happen if you temporarily de-activate all other plugins and reload the login page and re-try? If so, are there any error messages in your browser’s JavaScript console?

    This is exactly what is happening for me as well. What was the resolution?

    PS the only possible difference is that I CAN enter the code the second time round.

    Hi,

    As per https://wordpress.org/support/guidelines/ please open a new thread. (These aren’t my rules, but we have to abide by them). When you do so, please note the answer to the question immediately preceding your post. I’d also advise trying it on a fresh device that hasn’t visited the site recently as it sounds likely to be page cacheing of the login form in your case.
