No category.php page – need for ContentViews plugin

We are using the Make theme, along with the ContentViews Pro plugin, to display an art portfolio website at http://www.laurieisrael.net

The code to control the display of thumbnails in a grid on the category page needs to go onto the category.php page, but in a recent theme update, that page disappeared.

Now the theme has auto-updated, and we have lost that function. Where would I go to put in the php code to control the category page display?
