Is this for a Page or a Post? Some themes provide for a featured image on posts, and categories are for posts (not pages).
If this is about adding these to a Post, please provide a site link as that helps forum volunteers troubleshoot issues.
Additionally, as these are both Theme related, you should ask your theme provider about this (or switch to a default theme to test).
It happens both Post and Page.

Mine is default theme Twenty Twenty-Two and No Plugin.
I installed it plainly.
I did it yesterday but no answer so far.

@soloban Hey there, since you’ve already determined that the problem isn’t theme-specific and happens with multiple themes, I think it’s appropriate to keep troubleshooting this here and not in the Twenty Twenty-Two forum.
As a start, could you provide a screenshot of your entire editing window where Categories and Featured Image are missing? You can use https://snipboard.io/ and provide the link here.

Today, Categories was appeared once like bellow.

@soloban Thanks for the screenshots! I’m not sure what could cause the Featured Image & Categories panel to appear and disappear sporadically.
Does this happen to you on a fresh WordPress 6.0.1. install with no plugins active and a default theme activated?

i’ve also recreated databese too.
One thing i’m concerning is that my free cloud host has low power.
Do Categories and Featured Imgage need so much power compare with another functionarity?
In terms of “power” I’m not sure what you’re referring to (CPU?), but I can’t think of any reason Categories and Featured Image would require anything special on the hosting end.
If you do suspect your host may be at fault somehow, might want to try a local install and see if the issue occurs there too:

My cloud hosting server(https://www.infinityfree.net/) is free and I’m not sure that resources are exactly allocated for my machine.
Poor power of CPU is just my impletion
I haven’t payed for it and I can’t complain about how it is slow.
I have tow reports , instead installing locally.
First one is that my cloud hosting server provides free WordPress installer via cpanel
After I re-installed WordPress via this cpanel,I recognize that Categories and Featured Image are appeared in high probability as I post from Chrome @ Android.
However, It’s still No Categories and Featured Image can set from Chrome @ Windows PC.
Second one is that Categories and Featured Image can set if the WordPress is working on another cloud hosting server.

To rule out an issue with your host’s WordPress installer, I still suggest you try a fresh local install on your PC.
Categories and Featured Image is appeared in local install on my PC.
