No Captcha Recapture not working when registering account from My Account page

    Hi,

    When users try to register a new account from the my accounts page, they are asked to fill in their details, select “I am not a robot”, then verify using No Captcha Recapture. After selecting the correct pictures, No Captcha Recaptcha recognises that they are not a robot. When the user selects “Register” they see “ERROR: Your answer was incorrect – please try again”
