As soon as an email is entered as a username, the captcha query is irrelevant and can remain empty.
Of course, that’s not the point at all.
All plug-ins were deactivated for the cross-test, which did not result in any changes.

    Hello.

Thank you for the information. I tried now logging in with an email on my test site, but it seems to work fine there (still does not allow without a security code).

I am trying to login on your site with incorrect login details and no captcha to see the error that it will show. Can you delete the language files of the plugin for now so it switches to English and I can see the original error message when I try? Even with incorrect user and pass it has to show the security code error if not entered.

By the way if you are saying that this problem is present even with all other plugins deactivated, then it has to be a conflict with the theme. Because it does work normally on the sites that I am testing and I don’t think it is related to server configuration.

    Hello,

I maintain a lot of websites. They all have the same issue: if I register via email, I don’t need a captcha. With username as registration but always as intended.
It probably doesn’t matter which server/PHP version, since very different hosters are used.
The fact is that it is always the DIVI theme.

What do you mean if you register via email? I assume you mean if you login with email, like you said earlier (since the plugin does not work on the register form).

I have one older version of divi and tested now, even with divi active if I try to login with my email and password, it still does not let me if I do not enter the correct security code.

Are you using the default login form on the /wp-login.php address, or some custom generated login form?

I need to know the exact steps to reproduce the problem, so far I cannot see it.

We talked on email, there was a custom code on the site that was made to not be compatible with other codes that use the same filter, but we fixed it.
