Also, is it possible to set Reason by opening a box with a text aera to let customer tell us why they cancel before submit the cancel request ? Is it possible on a pro feature ?
Then, when customer cancel, there no email send to the customer to says “Cancel Request Received” and no message of confirmation on the my account page ? Is it a pro feature too ?
