No Caching on Checkout? missing on setting page

    Hi, I’m having problem after a purchase is made on my site I get -Sorry, trouble retrieving payment receipt after purchase-. I noticed that in the settings in the miscellaneous options -No Caching on Checkout?- this option is missing. I tried by replacing the files of the plugin with ones displaying ok from an another installation and it is still not showing.

    EDD Version 2.8.10
