No button with Author Role

Hello,

I am the wordpress administrator of my company and i notice that the “Authors” don’t have the “Shortcodes Button” when they create an article.
i only have the button for administrators.
Is it normal behaviour of the plugin or not ?
Some of them (company Authors) tell me that they lost this button recently.
Can you tell me if only admin have this button ? Can we show the button for others Roles ?
