 * Hi, do you have **Live Mode** enabled? If you do and the button does not show,
   try the following. Disable all of your other plugins except this one then carry
   out a test.

 * No I was running it in test mode but you were right, it was conflicting with 
   a plugin so the button is appearing now! thanks
