    Hi Bev,

    I am so sorry for the delay in response. There are a few things that could be causing the button to not appear in the location you have set. Are you using a plugin or a tool like RecipeSEO to markup your recipes? We rely on this type of “formatting” to be able to place the button on your site and also to read the ingredients on your page.

    Yes, we’re using RecipeSEO.
    The project has been going through a redesign but will resume development soon so thank you for responding. We are still interested in using Chicory.
