No bbPress menu items in dashboard. Bug?

    Hello!

    bbPress menu items disappeared from my main site from Dashboard after updating to 4.7. To test this issue I created a fresh WP 4.7 install and added bbPress as the only plugin: the bbPress menu items in Dashboard are missing.

    Here is a screenshot:

    I’m pretty sure this is access rights issue, as I saw the ‘Sorry, you are not authorized to access this page’ error while trying to activate bbPress plugin for the first time (the plugin was activated successfully though).
