    Your web hosting looks rather underpowered – it’s struggling to create the ‘uploads’ zip file in the time available. Do this: go into the expert options on the UD settings page, and find the ‘split’ setting, which by default is 800. Turn it down to 50. This will create more zip files, but will be more likely to succeed.
