No background tab. How do I change background image?

    I have selected The Scenery 0.93 by leen.name for my theme. The first thing I want to do is change the background image. Tutorials say to select the “background” tab under “appearance”. I have no such tab. Another method suggests that I modify the htlm in the stylesheet. My stylesheet has no content identifying an image.

    I have found such content in “Theme Functions” I have uploaded the image I want to the library. It is located at: http://180financialstrategies.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/07/Arrow_against_grain.jpg

    The image listed there now is simply a number. Where do I go from here?
