No autoplay on Safari: desktop or mobile

    Hi,
    I would like to purchase the PRO version. But I want to find out why the autoplay doesn’t work on Safari. The client needs autoplay and the plugin says it works on all browsers and on all platforms. Could you tell me how to fix this before I purchase PRO.
