    I have set up some custom status settings eg Fixed.

    When a client goes in and replies to a ticket (eg ‘Fine’) this automatically changes it back to ‘Pending’. Well, if it’s fixed I don’t want it to -re-become ‘Pending’ do I?

    Please advise how to fix this? Thanks.

    Hi there,

    You must have selected status other than Default for Ticket Status After Customer Reply in general settings of the plugin. Please make it default and save setting if you do not want fixed status if customer replied.
