# No auto assignment

 * Tickets submitted by users appear not to be auto-assigned. Manual assignment 
   works. When a user submits a ticket, no agent is assigned or notified.

 * Hello:
 * Can you verify that your PHP version is 5.6 or later?
 * Also, can you check your wordpress debug.log file to see if there are any errors
   in there? If you need instructions on how to turn on the wordpress debug.log 
   flags so that errors are written out to the debug.log file let me know.
