No attachment file or link

Hi,

we use your plugin on this website but unfortunately the files arent getting attached.
The upload works, we see the files on the server but the mail doesnt contain a attachment or serve file as a link doesnt work either.

I couldnt find anything permitting uploads in the .htaccess or wp-config file.

Hi @davideconsor ,

Can you also share a screenshot of your Contact -> Drag & Drop Upload settings?

May I know what is your email recipient ? is gmail or something?

And lastly, what is the total size your file.

Please let me know.

thanks for the fast response.

Here are the D&D-Settings:

The email recipient is @econsor.de or @werbas.com
Here are the setting for the email:

The size limit for uploads is 20MB, the file size i uploaded was under 1MB.

Thanks for the screenshots, looks like your settings are correct.

Can you add my email (glenmongaya@gmail.com) as recipient so I make a test.

Thanks for the link.

I tried to test and add a couple of images and I confirmed in email that it doesn’t attach any file.

Can you try and use the default upload of contact form and see if you still encounter any issue?

Also, try to display links in email instead of attaching them (see here – https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DvuvmzIImYo&t=232s)
