    I contact your support office through a live support chat to ask pretty simple setup questions. Your agent, Kyriakos was super unhelpful. I installed this plugin last night to determine if I wanted to use it for my business. There are things that are not showing up for me in my WP admin dashboard. There are tabs in the settings for “webhooks”, “manage quick responses” and “manage customer field”. However when I click on those menu tabs, it shows “page not found”.

    Kyriakos tells me that in order to get assistance that I have to purchase the plugin. Logically, why would I purchase the plugin if it is already not working properly? Why would you ask someone to purchase a product before offering them assistance with setting up there free trial? That makes ZERO sense. Do better.

    So, either someone can help me so that I can test out the plugin or I can just delete it and take my business elsewhere.

    Hello @sphynxma ,

    Let me make it clear that there is no paid version of the plugin. The plugin is free for use for both mode – Standalone and 3CX.

    Maybe the support guy was referring to purchasing support ticket. We will do an internal check.

    The pages that your mentioned “webhooks”, “quick responses” are leading to confirmation lists that you can add/remove the respective entries. If you get page not found, might be that something related to your site configuration is causing the problem (Plugins, Themes).
    As a first step, what we suggest is to try to disable some of those plugins that you are using, and check the behavior of the plugin.
