Hi, I just installed your promising appointment plugin on my website and while trying to test the plugin by adding a calendar in the backend, it is returning “no appointment found”, even though I have configured locations, services and provider in the backend with available time slots.I also verified that the services I added were enabled for the provider and location. I get the same result testing in both the backend and frontend. I also ensured no exceptions were added in the backend.

Also, when under Settings > Basic tab in the backend, when I set Client Email Details to Yes, as soon as I hit save, it reverts to No.

If you need my site details, please let me know what your support email or site is so I can forward to you offline for security purpose.

    thanks

    Hi Foley,

Can we start with just the link to your site, so we can have a look at your appointment scheduler to see if we can maybe spot any obvious conflicts?

Also, thank you for letting us know about the issue with the “Client Email Details”. We’ll have a look to see if it’s that the option isn’t saving at all, or if it’s just that it always shows No, even if the option is saved as Yes in the database.
