no any member shown in members list page

    Hi, i enabled the members directory and I didn’t enabled any filter and search option so to be sure to see all the members but I get always the text “no any member is found according your search criteria”. In the preview page I see the members list but in the page no.

    I don’t know how to fix.

    Hello @french150

    Please make sure the user you are logged in as has access to view other members’ profile. To check it please navigate to “wp-admin > ultimate member > user roles > (edit the role)” and check the settings in “Profile Access” section.
