Another problem in connection with language setup is, that on my tickets some translation anotation are viewed with the venue name. in some slots it is no problem in the venue name it is.

The new update fixed the problem with the venue name on the ticket but the ticket iu ist still in german and english. Another thing i recogniced that i have a 0 in the report at one of my events but the amount in the venue area is set to 100. Greetz

Hey, we figured GAMP is messing up the Ticket iu. without gamp everything is in plain german,
    just to inform

    New:
when selecting a ticket in the ticket iu i get a ajax error in my console.
@checkout when selecting a paymentmethod i get a “Uncaught ReferenceError: $fragment_refresh is not defined”, when paying with IBAN i get internal server error (500). Emails are going out and tickets are sent too but it won’t leave the checkout-page and gives me the notification about the error. all other paymentmethods are working fine.

    Hey @schweinskopf,

It is strange that you have not heard anything from the team in two weeks. We did recently change our support system to a new system which is now built directly into our website. Perhaps that is to blame here. Either way, I will reach out to them and see if we can track down your ticket.

In the mean time, it seems like you are having a couple issues here. I don’t have the image links, but based on what you are saying, the admin interface is about half english and half german when using GAMP. I can speak to that. Basically, the core plugin, OpenTickets Community Edition, is about 97% translated into german currently; however, GAMP is 0% translated. It currently does not have a german translation. With that in mind, we certainly would not turn down a translation if that is something you are interested in doing. If this is something that interests you, let me know, and we will talk in a non-public forum about how we could go about getting that translation done.

It also seems like you had a problem with some of the text on your PDF tickets. Based on your comments, it seems like that was resolved with one of the latest updates, which now makes use of a unicode capable font. This was meant to solve many language problems on the tickets, so I am glad to hear that it is working.

Finally, it sounds like you are having problems using a specific payment gateway for your checkout process. There could be any number of things causing this error to happen, almost all of them not related to OpenTickets. With that in mind, I can try to help you with the issue, at least a little bit, though truthfully, this is probably a better question to get answered by WooCommerce Support.

I have not worked with the IBAN payment gateway directly yet. My company does have a relationship with WooCommerce that allows us to test our plugin’s compatibility with the various extensions they offer. If you can provide me a link to the IBAN extension’s product page on their site, I can start the process of testing that compatibility. That would be a good first step for the help I can provide here.

Hope this helps clear things up, and I hope to hear from you about the IBAN extension,
    Loushou

Actually there is no Problem in the Admin Interface. I mean the ticket selecting Interface on user side. The Community Edition ticket selecting ui is translatet to German and Shows in plain german. But when activating gamp its messed up. Isnt it the same process?
The js errors also acure on customer side, from the beginning when selecting a ticket in ticket ui. When im going threw the buying process with openuped console i get the following:
    1) Step 1: Reserve ticket with all ticketoptions –
    ajax error: Array [ ]1 ui.js:20:37
    2) Step 2: Same error with all different Ticketoptions – Reserve ticket and refresh reservation
    3) Checkout: When selecting any paymentmethod –
ReferenceError: $fragment_refresh is not defined checkout:306:3
    anonym checkout:306
    m.event.dispatch() jquery.js:4
    m.event.add/r.handle() jquery.js:4
    4) as mentioned, the forwarding of the checkout with paymentmethod IBAN-Transfer gives a 500. All other methods are forwarding normal. –
    POST https://schweinskopf-festival.de/en/checkout/? jquery.js?ver=1.11.3:5
    wc-ajax=checkout 500 (Internal Server Error)
    send @ jquery.js?ver=1.11.3:5
    m.extend.ajax @ jquery.js?ver=1.11.3:5
    b.submit @ checkout.min.js?ver=2.4.11:1
    m.event.dispatch @ jquery.js?ver=1.11.3:4
    r.handle @ jquery.js?ver=1.11.3:

May be this helps a little to get to the bottom of this.

    Hey @schweinskopf,

The translation problem, even on the user facing side, is still related to the GAMP plugin not being translated to German yet. Essentially, when you activate GAMP, GAMP completely takes over the entire UI for the ticket selection process (and many of the admin UI elements also). Because GAMP is not yet translated, all of these UI elements revert to the default language of the plugin, which is unfortunately American English. Once we find someone to help translate it into German, this problem will get resolved. Until then however, there is not much else we can do for that.

The javascript error you are seeing (#1 and #2) seems to be related to our plugin. I would definitely like to get a closer look it in action though. Since you are a GAMP customer, and this seems to be a GAMP javascript error, I would like to move that into an official support ticket on our website. What I need you to do for that one is:

    – login to your opentickets.com account
    – browse to the my-account page (link in upper left of page)
    – under the ‘my tickets’ heading, click the ‘Create New Problem Ticket’ link
    – copy that error message and your description into the ticket

By doing this, you will receive an email everytime there is an update. Also, tickets in that system generally get handled more quickly than ones in our open forum here, but it is reserved for people who have purchased extensions, like you. Once that ticket is created, it will most likely get assigned to me, and then we can chat in a non-public forum, so that I can get more information from you that might not belong in a public area.

Finally, for the checkout issue, we have reached out to WooCommerce and are waiting to get some tools from them to investigate it further. I will give you an update on that when there is something to report.

    Hi their!

Opentickets 2.0 fixed the ajax errors! But during the checkout i’m still hitting the same problems. Furthermore when installing GAMP 2.0 the whole site is going down with an internal server error. when deinstalling gamp everything is up again.

    Hey @schweinskopf,

I am pretty sure I did update you, saying that we were coming out with a new version in the middle of this week, and that new version would change all the answers I would have given you, so we were waiting to respond. But if that somehow missed you, I apologize and I will take responsibility for that.

As for the new issue with your GAMP installation, I have picked up the ticket again in our support system, and have sent you a response for some first steps. Lets proceed there.

    Thanks again,

My apologies. I just checked our ticket system, and it does seem that I did not update your ticket with that information. Totally my bad. In any event, I will be helping you moving forward to get you back up and running.
