    Hi Guys,
Testing out the plugin at this address http://captivebrains.com/amp

Mostly it is fine except that the plugin is not creating amp versions of category pages.

Have tried the no category base added plugin… no luck… ideas?

  • I’m going to deactivate all plugins in my DEV wordpress.

    Hi @lancecarr

If I disable all the plugins except AMP everything works. Hahahaha

I have been activating one by one and I have found the problem. YOAST SEO.

This plugin has a “permanent link configuration”.
Remove the base category (usually / category /) from the URL category.

I had it activated and “category” does not appear in the URLs.

If I turn it off, “category” appears in the URL but everything works fine.

Now I have installed the “NO Category Base (WPML)” and then “category” does not appear and ALL WORKS CORRECTLY on desktop and mobile.

Do you think I’ve done well? I ask because you told me not to install “NO CATEGORY BASE”

    Apparently everything is correct!
