I’m sure since WP 3.8 and NextGEN 1.9.13 everything worked very well. I didn’t pay attention when the problem started, I received a notification from a visitor who wrote me “there’s something broken because I can’t see albums thumbs”. I haven’t installed new plugins in the latest weeks.
I tried to switch with default theme, no results. I tried also to make a new .htaccess and to set different permalinks.
Yes, the website is inside a custom folder but it was there since the beginning and it worked fine.
If you need the back-end credentials I can send you without problem.

@il_magnus – There have been a great many changes in WordPress and in NextGEN Gallery since those versions were current. This is why we ask you check for plugin conflicts on your site … a list is useful for telling us what they are but that in no way is a substitute for actually testing if there is/are conflicts.
Thanks!
– Cais.
I just tried to de-activate all plugins except NextGEN Gallery but nothing changes 🙁
One more thing: in the back-end I see the album thumb
@il_magnus – What is the file structure / path from your TLD to the images in your gallery that album is displaying?
– Cais.
The file structure is TLD/nuovo
The gallery is in the default path (wp-content/gallery/galleryname)
@il_magnus – If I try to visit http://www.sciclubinvicta.net/nuovo I get redirected to http://www.sciclubinvicta.net/nuovo-sito/
You originally posted this topic as an issue at http://www.sciclubinvicta.net/foto/
Which is the correct site we are trying to help you sort out your issue(s) on?
Also to note, the re-directed site has many references to http://www.sciclubinvicta.net/nuovo which could be where the root cause of the issues are … you might try the Reset Option under Gallery > Other Options to sort that out.
Thanks!
– Cais.
I moved up the website, now it is in the TLD and all work, finally. But I still don’t understand why initially the plugin worked well with the site in the “nuovo” subfolder.
@il_magnus – My thoughts are in the differences with /nuovo/
and /nuovo-sito/
URL but as it is, I’m happy to read you have everything working now. Good for you!
Thanks for the follow-up.
– Cais.
I still have problem with IGW, sometimes not loaded (very slowly), sometimes yes but I have no option to select in the first tab
@il_magnus – Now that you have moved the site to the root try using the Reset Option under Gallery > Other Options.
Thanks!
– Cais.
Yes I did but I still has problems with the IGW
@il_magnus – Have ou re-checked for plugin conflicts as well?
– Cais.
